2. Confirm eligibility with a medical professional (covered by Medicare)
Next, you’ll speak with one of our medical professionals over the phone. They’ll review your medical history and current challenges to confirm your eligibility. The call is simple and straightforward, and covered by Medicare.
3. Work with your personal EZ Guide (covered by Medicare)
Once approved, you’ll be matched with a dedicated EZ Guide who will support your needs. Whether it’s finding the right specialists, managing insurance claims, coordinating appointments, or even handling paperwork, your EZ Guide will make managing your health easier and better.

Do I have to pay out of pocket?
Our services are covered by Original Medicare, which means you might have to pay a small copay or coinsurance, just like you would for a medical appointment. However, if you have a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan, Medicaid, or another type of secondary coverage, you could pay $0 out of pocket. In fact, many of our clients pay absolutely nothing for our services. If you’re not sure what applies to you, we’re happy to help you figure it out.
Do I need to travel to get this service?
No, you don’t need to travel—our services can be provided over the phone. This makes it easy and convenient for you to get support from the comfort of your home.
